Denna skatt debiteras fastighets\u00e4garen utan f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende deklaration och ska betalas via autogiro fr\u00e5n hans eller hennes spanska bankkonto.<\/p><p>Statlig fastighetsskatt 2015: &#8221;Impuesto sobre la renta de No-residentes\u201d (statlig skatt f\u00f6r Icke-bofast): Skattesatsen \u00e4r 2,09 \u2030 eller 3,8 \u2030 av fastighetens taxeringsv\u00e4rde beroende p\u00e5 kommun. Fastighets\u00e4garen anger sin fastighet p\u00e5 deklarationsblanketten som blir underlag f\u00f6r
